Joining does not include equity, tokens, securities, profit rights, voting rights, or ownership of PocketCloud. If a shared-ownership model is adopted later, its eligibility, rights, and restrictions will be defined in counsel-reviewed governing documents before anything is offered.

The 15-Month Journey to PocketCloud
Between September 2024 and December 2025, it took 52 repositories, 10,142 commits, and 15 months of relentless iteration by Founder & Chief Engineer Steven Moon to discover the unified abstractions that make private AI effortless today.
